You’ve heard the phrase “physician heal thyself” and today my guest is a physician who indeed healed herself by reversing her pre-diabetes diagnosis - and lost weight in the process. I asked her to teach us about her warning signs, her method and lifestyle changes, and specific recommendations for this audience of other fabulous-over-fifty women. We know that more and more of our friends and family are being diagnosed with this disease of lifestyle.
