27. 5 Hacks to Learn to Love and Be Consistent with Exercise
Dread workouts? Have you suffered through hours of boredom on a treadmill or elliptical? Maybe you’ve joined a gym but never darken the doorway? You have subscribed to many bootcamps and memberships but you just can’t learn to love exercise. I get it. I hear from women all of the time that are in 2 extremes…they either love their workouts…or never work out. I want to help you start and stick with an exercise plan at least long enough to begin to LIKE it, feel its benefits, and see its results.
